Product story

Each Tetra lamp is slip-cast in fine porcelain using precision plaster molds tuned for clean seams and bubble-free surfaces. After a slow dry and high firing, the form settles into a soft, wrap-around radiance that reads gently in any room.

What you'll see & feel

• A continuous, uniform glow with no corner interruptions—ideal beside a bed, on a console, or on a desk.
• Subtle translucency unique to high-fired porcelain.
• A balanced, minimal silhouette that disappears into light when lit and reads as refined matte when off.

• Finish: Unglazed porcelain; matte exterior; luminous when lit.

• Base: Walnut (hand-finished).
  
• Cord/switch: In-line switch with dimmer (120V).
• Socket: E12 (candelabra)
• Bulb: LED only; Candelabra light bulb; warm white 2700K.
  
• Safety: Use LED bulbs only. Do not use incandescent/halogen bulbs. Place on a stable surface.

Care

Dust with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Use LED bulbs only. Handle with care - porcelain is strong but not impact-proof.

Handcrafted character

Each lamp is cast, trimmed, and finished by hand. Minor variations—small pinpoints, tool traces, or millimetre-scale differences—are part of the material’s life and proof of a human process.

Seams & joins

Tetra is formed in a multi-part mold. We refine the joins by hand, but a faint hairline may remain at the vertical seams when lit—an honest trace of how the piece is made.

Light & colour

Photos are shown with a 2700K LED. Porcelain shifts character with bulb temperature, dimming, and room light. Photographed colour of illumination can vary by camera and screen; in person, Tetra reads as a warm, candle-like glow.

Natural firing movement

At peak temperature, fine porcelain may relax slightly, producing a gentle flare at the base. This is part of the material’s character—never affecting function—and is kept within our aesthetic standards so it reads as subtle in normal use.
